  1. If they called it cholera, it would have been "an epidemic due to lack of water supply" or fecal contamination of water.
  2. The man even reported it poorly. What form of gastroenteritis; bacterial or viral?
  3. Ineptitude is the bane of the Nigerian office holders who carry Ghana must go around.
