Now that you understand a little bit about what CPA Affiliate marketing is, it is time to take the
steps in building your own campaign.
As we already stated in the previous lessons we will walk through building a funnel that collects
our own leads first then try to get those leads to convert on CPA offers throughout a very simple
but effective “funnel”.
This approach is for people who want to build a long term residual income online and an email
list.
Many of the most successful CPA affiliate marketers build sales funnels or marketing funnels so
that they can continue to earn revenue from the traffic they send to the funnel.
For this example we are going to build a very simple but effective funnel that continues to work
extremely well in pretty much every niche. It looks like this:
In this Part 1 course we are going to build this type of funnel. As you can see traffic is sent
into the funnel to collect leads. We will cover much more on display traffic in part 2 of the
CPA Display Masterclass. Although it appears traffic is the first thing you do, it is in fact
the last thing you do.
Keep in mind that this “funnel” is just one way to build your campaigns. In part 2 of the
CPA Display Masterclass we also cover how to set up just a blog or landing page campaign
without building the complete lead capture funnel. So you may want to read both courses
before you decide how you want to start. Both ways have their advantages and
disadvantages, but you can always ask in the forum for advice before you decide which way
to go, or try both.
Collecting Your Own Leads is a Smart Way To Build Long Term Residual Income.
In this campaign we will be promoting an offer in the “Skin Care” niche. We have a couple skin
care trial offers inside our VIP Club network that work extremely well in the Skin Care Niche.
After we build our Lead Capture page, we will then promote a “tripwire” product. There are
many different ways to say “trip wire” and some call it splinter product, loss leader, frontend
offer, or introductory offer. Basically its the first attempt at trying turn your lead into an
actual commission! Our tripwire offer will be a Trial Offer for Skin Care which will also include
an Upsell. we will actually deliver this tripwire offer to them by sending them to an additional
page on our site called a landing page.
Before we send the person to our tripwire offer (landing page) we are going to offer them a free
offer on our lead page in exchange for their email address. The free offer is simply a “Celebrity 2
Step System to Reducing Wrinkles and Looking 10 Years Younger.”
Now you are likely wondering exactly how are we going to set all this up from scratch.Well
there’s good news and bad news. The good news is we are going to offer a quick overview of
how we set this up, the bad news is this course is not going to cover web traffic generation since
we cover it in part 2 as well as all of our other premium traffic courses. (Especially CPA Traffic

Another piece of bad news is we are not going to go in depth on how we set up tracking on this
funnel, since again we have already developed a complete Step-by Step Guide on how to Set Up
an Entire Funnel up from Scratch Including all the Tracking which is in the forum!
It is HIGHLY recommended you check out that follow along campaign since it was set up from
scratch in the Diet and Weightloss Niche.
Now, for a more relaxed, newbie friendly, (and still a tad technical) version of setting this up
from scratch – keep following along in this course.
But before we get there let us talk about the tools you are going to need to make this work.
You will be setting up a landing page exactly the same way you set it up in the bonus course
“Affiliate Marketing Certification”.
In that course we mentioned the main things you will need to buy should you choose to follow
our recommendations include:
1. A Domain at Namecheap.
2. A Hosting account at Bluehost
3. Optimizepress to build the landing page (in this case we are building a squeeze page to
capture the email.)
Then to capture the visitors’ emails you will need an autoresponder service like Aweber.
All of these pieces will be required in the next lessons as we build the campaign.
This is generally referred to as setting up a sales funnel.
Aweber allows us to easily store email lists and send automatic messages to the list.

sign up to an autoresponder service like Aweber right now. It is only $1 for the first month.
By having a system like this in place now you will be able to collect thousands of leads for
yourself and constantly re-sell to them new related CPA offers.
