Although it would be greatly appreciated if you signed up under me :), and at least played the free faucet a little, the faucet starts off small but it can get as high as 10k if you're active enough.
This site is mainly a dice site, (its a new version of several older ones run by the same person) but tons of people go there just for the faucet! And make WAYYYY more money than they would off of regular faucets. Owner of this new site recently stated that the faucet is paying out over 3 that's THREE Bitcoin DAILY. That's crazy to me...
