Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho reportedly wants a particular star to return to Old Trafford as soon as possible.
According to Spanish publication Plaza Deportiva, the Portuguese tactician is ready to cut Andreas Pereira's stay in La Liga short.
The Brazilian has been out on loan at Valencia this season, much to the dislike of Mourinho, who would rather have him as a squad option to call on at United, especially with injuries to established stars such as Paul Pogba, Marouane Fellaini and Michael Carrick.
"It was a personal decision that I don't agree with, a decision I don't honestly think is the best choice for him, a decision that disappoints me," Mourinho said a few months ago, as quoted by The Sun.
"He has the potential to be fighting for a position, for opportunities and to be a Manchester United player.
"His decision can be considered as a young player who wants to play every weekend, but also a young player that is not ready to fight for something challenging, and it's difficult to play in Manchester United's midfield."
The 21-year-old has made nine appearances for Valencia so far this season, scoring one goal and assisting a further two strikes.
