There were a few things that pained me. This book is a refreshing slap for a generation to help them lead contented, grounded lives. Everyone you know is going to die soon. Because when you give better fucks, you get better problems. But as the pages goes on, it lost the grip. We get to control what our problems mean to us based on how we choose to think about them and how we choose to measure them. In the first few pages he tries hard to convey the message that you are plain average but towards the end of the book he conveys the opposite - that you are special : It is different from other self-help books in the way that it doesn't glorify you as someone who is unique and one of a kind. He was always a failure, but he decided to take full responsibility for his life and he transformed. The Title makes it clear what does the book contain about. Book holds a great message.

For someone like me who tends to worry about always trying to do right by others and often getting, metaphorically, kicked in the teeththis book has given me some definite food for thought. So glad I bought it. If you are open minded and don't mind some harsh reality blows, this book is for you. Certainly puts things into perspective and makes you see things much clearer and most definitely helps you step back and think why you stress so much over the silliest of things. I'm not a big reader but this book had me hooked from the first page. Buy it you won't regret it.
