  16. According to Google, writing useful, unique, shareable content and doing a little promotion (for example in social media) should be enough, but things are not as smooth irl. I'd say at least basic off-page techniques are required to draw attention to your website.

  55. It depends on your competition If you have low competition than it is enough to update with fresh content on the website regularly and do on-page accordingly for better SEO. Otherwise, you need to promote your website on various platform for better outcomes.
