Police say they pulled over Mr.Johnny Armstrong for erratic driving.Upon approaching the car,police say Mr. Armstrong began licking a pair of soiled underwear.It appears that Mr.Armstrong was attempting to mask the alcohol on his breath by replacing it with the odor coming from the soiled underwear.According to police,the diversion did not work and Mr.Armstrong was arrested for DUI.
