  14. I used their popad for about a month and than nearly completely stoped using it because my CPA income was way higher without the popad than what the popad can earn. My affiliate manager wasn't happy about that and gave me a banner with a scipt instead of a regular link which worked out pretty well so I used it. I know other affiliate sites also sometimes use script instead of links so I was not concerned.
  15. I used the banner for less than 2 weeks but also saw that my CPA numbers got weird - this happened before so I took it easy. But what made me suspecius is that I got weird redirects on my CPA buttons and it seemed like somewhere is a popunder script hidden so I tried to search if there are any pieces of pop-networks I used before. I did some weird coding to make profit from returning visitors so I thought it's my own fault and I fucked up somwhere. But didn't find anything and thought it's related to cache or cloudflare.
  16. After another week it started to annoy me and than I just tried to exclude the ad-maven script because it also increases my loading time by 2 seconds and I started to suspect it for being the issue. Suddenly my website worked like it should. Did about 20 tests with include and excluding, deleting cache from browser and cloudflare, changing devices and IP's.
  17. And this is what I found out:
  18. The code was manipulating my CPA buttons by redirecting somewhere else via javascript like a popad without my knowledge. They actually included a popad but the only things you can click are CPA related so...
  19. It has some weird conditions and tries in a few ways to stay undetected. I don't know if someone from the tech-team manipulated it for himself, if my manager is involved or the whole company has such a concept so I will not point my finger at anyone since it might also be a bug. Also I don't know how long they did it or how much money I lost but it easily could be a 4 digit number. Luckily I found it out pretty fast.
  20. For anyone who uses Ad-Maven banners and earns a decent amount with his site - be carefull!
  21. you have movie site ?
  22. Update: After some invesitgation I got the response that it was an exploid by a blackhat publisher of them which affected multiple sites which got a specific url for the script.
  23. hey thank you for this info - i am ulso worcking with them - i checked my site and all seemed to be ok - what was your tag? mine is <script data-cfasync="false" src="//d2nmxiiewlx728.cloudfront.net/?ixmnd=700682"></script>

  33. What niche are you in? I am also using their network.
  34. They're certainly shady, especially with their 24 hour delayed reporting.
  35. All it takes is one quick Google search for "Ad Maven Review" and you'll see tonnes of bad reviews and hardly any good ones (most likely fake accounts pretending to write good things about them).
  36. Their whole setup is suss as fuck.
  37. I use them too. true that their AM are pushing their pops everywhere. And they are bit shady but i'm earning really good with them.
  38. But what are better networks pop under networks that pays well?
  39. Didn't want to start a witchhunt here since I have no evidence, just warn people so they check if everything works how it should.
  40. But to get a bit deeper, I'm not sure if the domains boudja.com and zeliteral.info belong to ad-maven but it's loaded when I'm using their script and it definetly looks weird and shady. Tries to block right click so you can't analyze the code easily if you're a casual.
  41. What niche are you in? I am also using their network.
  42. Movie. But the popunders I had were from movies and typical "update your browser" and simmilar scammy looking sites.
  43. I use them too. true that their AM are pushing their pops everywhere. And they are bit shady but i'm earning really good with them.
  44. But what are better networks pop under networks that pays well?
  45. For popunders they had by far the best rates for me compared to popads or propellerads. And with the banners I also earned pretty well.
  46. They're certainly shady, especially with their 24 hour delayed reporting.

  49. Can't say anything about that but the delayed reporting is not uncommon. Ad-center has an hour delay, mediahub refreshes every few hours and propellerads also has the same delayed time. Also you will find negative reviews on any network. Working with ad-center for more than a year, no issues but you still will find a lot of scam reports. Negativity spreads way faster.
  50. So OP, on your end the network is working fine again? Regarding with the banner, what kind of offer are you getting? VPN banner?
  51. i was concern about this since I also work with ad-maven and their banner and my banner works fine, I checked my site and I didn't find anything like you said, so I guess it's just a bug on your code or something
  52. in any case from time to time i see a lot of negative things about any company - i work with them from over a year now and all is good
  53. Which CPA network are you using? ad-center or mediahub? which is converted better?
  54. thanks
