  3. Ingredients:
  4. 4 Chicken breasts
  5. 4 ham slices
  6. 4 slices cheese for yellow
  7. 400 grams spinach
  8. preparation:
  9. 1.- Take the breasts and with a knife picalas in filet
  10. 2. -Spill the fillets and cover with a slice of ham, a slice of cheese to melt and spinach,
  11. Which you have previously cooked, drained and chopped into strips.
  12. 3.- Now roll the steaks carefully and place the rolls in a silicone case with the fillet attachment facing down.
