but as per my observations compared to facebook, the conversations are 80% more on facebook, 60% high on linked in compared to google plus...
guys i just want to know whether any one from this group benefited from google plus?
Pretty much! You can even uninstall Google+ on your phone, which wasn't possible before a few years back when Android wouldn't allow it (at least in my experience). Now they're splitting off the images and core features of Google Apps/Gmail which used to integrate with G+. Even YouTube had its comment system integrated with Google+ and then they removed it because it failed miserably.
I suspect people say myspace is dead...
however, people still use myspace i suppose...
dead or not, g+ does not cost you anyways...

google has a history of shutting down services
that they deem in-effective, or no longer works....
So why is G+ still in operation if it is dead?

I use social media to show google that I am relevant...

Google+ certainly isn't the most popular social media platform. It's still good for marketing purposes though and for getting traffic.
For me, it is not as good as facebook (when it comes to the no. of users) but I receive more engagement from its communities compared to facebook groups/pages.

I think that still there are many people who prefer to use the Google Plus instead of Facebook. Google Plus privacy is superior than other social networks. As a Google Plus is a product of Google so you can trust in it! So why not use it for your business?
No Google+ isn't dead yet. Its solely depends on what type of products and services are you offering. For someone Facebook works well and for someone Google+ works great. So, its depends on the individual perspective.

When I post a new article to my website, I immediately post it also on my Google+ page with a link to my webpage. It is indexed within minutes and almost every time shows up on Google's first page within minutes of posting to Google+.
Users may prefer facebook and yes, all of us get more traffic by facebook; but if we also care about google, we should consider google plus.. i guess we should share each new content in there.. you may be share google plus link on your facebook profile and/or page..
Google+ is overrated, I mean the reality is that Google is a search engine, not a true social network pioneer like Facebook or Twitter. Google came to the social network game late and it's paying a price for it.
Google+ is still useful for marketing however. After all, it's part of Google, and Google of course favors its own properties. That's why you'll see YouTube clips in their search results pages.
Google+ is the best way to index your site fast if you want to index your website link just share on your G+ wall and google will index your link as fast as can, So G+ is not dead.
The subsidiary of Google would never ever die... its a matter of time to recover... in any case for marketing issues is a must at the moment
Google plus is very much there and increasing its areas with time. It has good seo benefits, you cannot ignore it.
