  1. This is the biggest difference between introverts and extroverts. While it may seem quiet and silent, introverted people's minds are very busy and active. They will think in their heads and tend to keep it until they feel confident, then expressed. In contrast, extroverts will communicate verbally what they think and are always looking for a room for discussion. So if a coworker or spouse are extroverts and they are often noisier themselves when thinking about something, it's known that they're trying to understand the situation and not because it was panic. If your friend is a person introvert, do not hunt-burunya to immediately give an opinion or speak. Let them analyze the situation in advance and be patient.
