For two days, they cooked 6 meals for us that were both delicious and varied. They handled all the grocery shopping, prep work, cooking, and cleaning up. With a large contingent of people, they demonstrated flexibility with different eating times; moreover, they were able to fauzias kitchen fun our dietary requests some meat, some vegetarian, some gluten free. No matter the size of your group, I highly recommend Fauzia and her crew. I've wanted to try Fauzia's for a few months now since I first saw her truck on the schedule at my office. I got excited when I saw she serves Doner. My husband spent a couple of years in Germany and we also went there during our honeymoon and I got to experience doner and it's one of the things I crave. It's basically a gyro pita like at a Greek restaurant, not the doner wrap that I was hoping for. However, it was still absolutely fantastic. It came with a chickpea salad side. I didn't try the salad because I'm not a fan of chickpeas but my husband liked fauzias kitchen fun. Maybe a little steep but it was still tasty. Definitely keeping her on my food truck rotation. Mazza Platter made with Tabuli, Hummus, pickled vegetables, baba ghanoush and pita bread. Bolany made with fresh dough, stuffed with leeks, potatoe and my own homemade spices. Moving to Germany I continued my education in international classes and working for an international hotel chain in Frankfurt as sous chef. I later married and relocated to America where I continued my study of the culinary arts.
