For those too young to remember, Ultimate Orange was the creation of steroid & supplement guru, the late Dan Duchaine. People swore by Ultimate Orange's effects, touting it's amazing abilities to help them push through the hardest workouts, gain muscle and burn fat. There were rumors that it was spiked with steroids like methyltestosterone or some secret Russian anabolics that only Duchaine had found out about in his years of research.
Dan Duchaine is a legend in the bodybuilding scene. Most of the supplements on the market today, as well as the protocols for how to use steroid cycles were created by him. He discovered the ephedrine, caffeine, and aspirin (ECA) protocol that would melt fat people, before ephedrine and it's herbal counterparts were eventually banned by the FDA (although Hi Tech Pharmaceuticals has found a sneaky way to bring it back on the market, and there is some ephedra in this version of Ultimate Orange!)

LUCKILY! I have discovered some digital scans of some of his older works, and will share them with you if you are interested in diving into the history of bodybuilding and the thoughts and theories of the man himself. Unfortunately, most of these are low quality scans of a couple of his books, his Dirty Dieting Newsletter in the magazine Muscle Media 2000 and his Body Opus ketogenic dieting book. If Dan Duchaine were alive today, I'm sure he would still want his work to be available to the public, but unfortunately, this is the only way to find it without spending a fortune on getting the real thing. I don't know if Dan Duchaine was married, had any kids, or left an estate, but for whatever reason, his books and articles are all out of print and lost to time except for these rare scans.

The copies are in bad shape and you'll have to rotate them vertically, horizontally, and other ways so you can read them properly. The information contained in his Dirty Dieting Newsletter is also outdated and a lot of it is illegal and dangerous. Much of it you cannot do, as the chemicals he says you need are now outlawed and impossible to accrue. These documents are all low resolution image scans and some parts can be hard to read and some parts are completely illegible. I apologize, as I have no control over them and didn't make them myself. Since these are out of print, I am trying to make them available to people who want them. But these books and newsletters may still fall under copyright laws, even though they are unavailable to purchase. I am not posting them here because I don't want to have them taken down by DMCA requests nor people abusing and stealing my links, trying to sell these materials again, or other nefarious activities.
