I just set up a new wireless router in my home. For the first few hours my internet connection worked fine on my Surface Pro 3, but then it stopped working. You say resetting the network, did you reset the network settings on Windows 10. Do that reboot if not already. If still problems what do the settings say. I did try the network reset again and it still doesn't work. The problem now is that when I try to turn that on, it'll go through a little loading period and flip back off. I'm not sure how to turn this on for good. Ok, well with it showing disconnect it will not even look for a wifi access point. So did you uninstall the ifunny no internet connection adapter from the Driver tab at any point perhaps variations of what have been tried before butfrom Device Manager double click the wireless adapter and then on the Properties that opens select the Driver tab and Uninstall from there. This is odd to me as if you can connect to wifi network but Media disconnected is showing that is ifunny no internet connection. Media Disconnected normally would be disconnected from the aerial so no connection to the wifi some devices have a hardware switch for that but not the surface 3 it appears Beyond what you tried then more drastic action needed imho, a Reset backup all data before and have apps ready to reinstall or a clean install would erase all data so backup all data and have apps etc.
