  40. Matthew 17:4 (Amplified Bible)

  50. 16:22 Then Peter took Him aside to speak to Him privately and began to reprove and charge Him sharply, saying, God forbid, Lord! This must never happen to You!
  51. 16:23 But Jesus turned away from Peter and said to him, Get behind Me, Satan! You are in My way [an offense and a hindrance and a snare to Me]; for you are minding what partakes not of the nature and quality of God, but of men.
  52. 6. Asked by JESUS to prove a point
  53. Matthew 17:25-26 (Amplified Bible)
  54. 17:25 He answered, Yes. And when he came home, Jesus spoke to him [about it] first, saying, What do you think, Simon? From whom do earthly rulers collect duties or tribute—from their own sons or from others not of their own family?

  75. 12:5 Why was this perfume not sold for 300 denarii [a year’s wages for an ordinary workman] and that [money] given to the poor (the destitute)?
  76. 12:6 Now he did not say this because he cared for the poor but because he was a thief; and having the bag (the money box, the purse of the Twelve), he took for himself what was put into it [pilfering the collections].
  77. 3. Turns his back when JESUS is teaching

  81. Matthew 26:25 (New Century Version)

  84. 26:49 At once Judas went to Jesus and said, “Greetings, Teacher!“ and kissed him.

  94. Mark 14:10-11 (New International Version)
  95. 14:10 Then Judas Iscariot, one of the Twelve, went to the chief priests to betray Jesus to them.

  97. 8. Repented after he betrayed JESUS and returned back the money
  98. Matthew 27:3-4 (New International Version)
  99. 27:3 When Judas, who had betrayed him, saw that Jesus was condemned, he was seized with remorse and returned the thirty silver coins to the chief priests and the elders.
  100. 27:4 "I have sinned," he said, "for I have betrayed innocent blood." "What is that to us?" they replied. "That's your responsibility."
  101. 9. Repented and hanged himself

  107. IX. CONCLUSION:
  108. Whenever we sin against JESUS, and all our sins are always against JESUS, always return to JESUS, He always loves, forgives, restores the same times we sin against him, to our same position before him before we sinned. JESUS will restore us to our same authority, relationship and same reputation as before we have sinned.
  109. John 21:15-17 (Amplified Bible)
  110. 21:15 When they had eaten, Jesus said to Simon Peter, Simon, son of John, do you love Me more than these [others do—with reasoning, intentional, spiritual devotion, as one loves the Father]? He said to Him, Yes, Lord, You know that I love You [that I have deep, instinctive, personal affection for You, as for a close friend]. He said to him, Feed My lambs.
  111. 21:16 Again He said to him the second time, Simon, son of John, do you love Me [with reasoning, intentional, spiritual devotion, as one loves the Father]? He said to Him, Yes, Lord, You know that I love You [that I have a deep, instinctive, personal affection for You, as for a close friend]. He said to him, Shepherd (tend) My sheep.
  112. 21:17 He said to him the third time, Simon, son of John, do you love Me [with a deep, instinctive, personal affection for Me, as for a close friend]? Peter was grieved (was saddened and hurt) that He should ask him the third time, Do you love Me? And he said to Him, Lord, You know everything; You know that I love You [that I have a deep, instinctive, personal affection for You, as for a close friend]. Jesus said to him, Feed My sheep.
