Why I don't argue with COVID-19 Anti-Vaxxers & The Truth About Vaccine Deaths (TL;DR)
----------------------------------------------------
This is going to be a very simple and short summary of why I don't waste my time arguing with COVID anti-vaxxers. If you want to read the full explanation, the link is here: https://bitbin.it/8mkAmeFp/
1) They never cite any sources. They post outrageous claims that people are dying of the vaccine, or it's dangerous or deadly or some other conspiracy theory they heard, but when asked for proof of this or where they heard it they RARELY if ever provide any sources.
2) They deflect your questions with other irrational arguments or insults. Because they have no scientific knowledge whatsoever, they simply hurl insults at people because they've had their worldview hivemind thinking challenged. They don't bother to even TRY to look up any links through Google or any other search engine to legit sites that prove what they're saying is true.
3) They make completely incoherent, incomprehensible arguments. They start speculating about the how they believe what they believe and they don't need any evidence for that (Hint: that's not how science works). Their arguments include things about the MSM, Bill Gates, Dr. Fauci, nonsensical religious arguments that have nothing to do with being discussed and are just totally off the wall with insanity. There is no way to have a coherent or cognizant argument or debate with people like this. It's a waste of time.
4) They claim to be a disenfranchised minority group that are all martyrs of a "tyrannical government" and act like they are a this is some kind of civil rights issue directly targeting them. This is a disgusting argument to follow. You're not Martin Luther King or Malcom X. You're an idiot who doesn't understand basic high school 101 science enough to understand vaccines save lives.
5) They claim people are dying of the vaccine in vast numbers. The truth:
--QUOTE--
How many people have died after getting a vaccine?
Between December 2020 and July 19th, 2021, VAERS received 6,207 reports of death (0.0018% of doses) among people who got a vaccine, but this does not mean the vaccine caused these deaths. Doctors and safety monitors carefully review the details of each case to see if it might be linked to the vaccine. There are three deaths that appear to be linked to blood clots that occurred after people got the J&J vaccine. Since we now know how to correctly treat people who develop these blood clots, future deaths related to this very rare side effect can be prevented.

Adverse Events (CDC): https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/safety/adverse-events.html
This doesn't mean even 6,000 people have died of the vaccine. This just means there MIGHT be some correlating factor. The J&J vaccine has been linked to some blood clots in people, but those are the only _confirmed_ deaths from the COVID-19 vaccines. As of the writing of this article on 10/10/21 187 million Americans have received the vaccine (56.8% of the population). So, the statistic of deaths from the vaccine at 0.0018% is a MINISCULE amount.
As you can see from this summary, I don't argue with unhinged nutty anti-vaxxers because it's a waste of time. They use the following above tactics, engage in no type of debate, have nothing of value to contribute to the conversation, and are just being spreaders of more dis/misinformation to others who might not be vaccinated or are vaccine hesitant.

Let me introduce you to the Socratic method of debate:
--QUOTE--
The Socratic method is a form of cooperative argumentative dialogue between individuals, based on asking and answering questions to stimulate critical thinking and to draw out ideas and underlying presuppositions.
--QUOTE--
When you engage in argumentative tactics that attempt to intimidate, scare people, threaten people, are disrespectful, insulting, and behave in a manner akin to that of a 5 year old child who's mom won't buy them a candy bar at the grocery store, it severely impedes your argument, makes you look stupid, and makes your entire premise that there is something wrong with the COVID vaccine obvious to anyone with a comprehension level above a high school education that you have no ground to stand on. You are also using extremely poor netiquette and it demonstrates you don't know how to carry on a proper conversation or debate.

If you want to be taken seriously, find real legitimate sources of information to back up your claims. Go to Google, DuckDuckGo, StartPage, or whatever and search for the premise you're making about the COVID vaccine and search for it and see if you can find a page that confirms your belief. Make sure it is a real legitimate source, and not some right wing news source, quack or charlatan doctor, or just reinforces your biases.
