  7. 250g china vermicelli
  8. 750 g white fish (cod, whiting, monkfish ..)
  9. 1 bouquet garni finely chopped (coriander, parsley)
  10. 4 Belles shrimp for decoration
  11. 4 tablespoons oil
  12. salt, pepper
  13. Preparation
  14. Wash the squid and white fish, cut into small pieces and cook 15 minutes in a skillet over medium heat.
  15. Soak the vermicelli in boiling water for 5 mn.Égouttez it and chop coarsely.
  16. In a bowl mix the fish with vermicelli, cilantro, parsley, oil, pepper, harissa and salt.
  17. Grease a moule.Rangez a first layer of leaves overflow widely, overlapping them.
