A fitness-obsessed sexagenarian has hit the headlines in his native country of China for his impressive muscles and tireless work-out routines.
Liang Xiang , 61, from Chengdu, Sichuan, south-west China, who has a son and a young grandson, has developed pronounced abs after years of daily fitness, according to People's Daily Online.
His efforts are not merely for the purposes of vanity, but form part of a grand plan to become the oldest Chinese driver in the world famous Dakar Rally off-road car race in South America.
