COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) — A man who ransacked a South Carolina bank knew he would kill somebody that day since he was frantic for cash, and he shot one worker as she endeavored to stow away under a work area, a FBI operator said.

Committee burned through six evenings at a motel in Conway right over the road from the Cres Com Bank office before strolling to the bank Monday, FBI operator Jeffrey Long said in a sworn articulation documented in government court Thursday.
Observation film from the bank indicated Council quickly conversing with the teller before shooting her few times, at that point finding a moment worker stowing away under a work area and discharging various shots at her, Long said.
"Gathering told specialists he was edgy, he required cash and that he knew he would shoot somebody," Long composed.
Kathryn Davis Skeen, 36, and Donna Major, 59, were both executed. South Carolina prosecutors intend to accuse Council of murder, equipped burglary, being a criminal possessing a gun and different checks, while government prosecutors have accused him of outfitted bank theft bringing about death and utilizing a gun in a wrongdoing of savagery.

After his capture, Council advised the specialists that he demand to pass on and he viewed the film "Get Rich or Die Tryin'" before setting off to the bank.
