The Danyang–Kunshan Grand Bridge is the world's longest bridge.It is a 164.8-kilometre (102.4 miles) long viaduct on the Beijing–Shanghai High-Speed Railway. The bridge runs roughly parallel to the Yangtze River, about 8 to 80 km (5 to 50 miles) south of the river. It took 4 years for construction of this bridge and the cost of construction was $8.5 billion
