HOME Alone star Macaulay Culkin has made a dramatic transformation, trading in his previous long-haired, dishevelled appearance for a new, clean-cut look.
The 36-year-old actor debuted his fresh look as he was spotted leaving a dinner date at Craig’s restaurant in Los Angeles, looking effortlessly casual in a white t-shirt and denim jacket and showing off his recently chopped hair.
It appeared he was catching up with former Disney actress Brenda Song, who is also Culkin’s co-star in Changeland, which is directed by Seth Green and set to be released next year.
Culkin’s new look is a drastic change from photos that surfaced a few years ago showing him looking thin and pale, sparking drug abuse rumours.
Culkin confronted these accusations in an interview last year telling the Guardian“I was not pounding six grand of heroin every month or something,” saying that the media used it as a way to “shift papers”.
