Schema pro you can only add in review type posts not blog posts
if i put in landing page cannot?can that effect a penalized to my site?

easily find a review plugin, like wp review then, follow the setting, The review will show on search page.
Schema Pro is a good option. If you are not looking to buy a new Theme / Plugin, you can also force snippets using:
JSON_LD and just injecting the code using Google Tage Manager ( I just tag any page/post that I want Snippets on)
If you are not comfortable with Tag manager, you can look for a rich snippet generator tool and just add the code to your functions.php (I have only used a generator for FAQ rich snippet .. for Ratings review I'm sure there are a few)
NB: I only use these methods on non-money sites.
For a beginner, just go with Schema pro ... mentioned by @Mr Positive above
