Anime & Hentai friendly hosts in 2019
Long time lurker here.
I know it's a niche, but even the regular joe might have heard about several big anime/manga/hentai sites going dark in 2018 and 2019. More and more users are thinking of creating mirror websites/image boards in order to archive everything in case the next big resource goes down.

And here's the problem - there is almost no (up to date) information on hosting providers that 100% allow this type of content. Of course, like every regular noob I first contacted several "offshore" "high privacy" hosts and to my surprise almost all of them admitted that at some point they will react to user complains. Yes, even user complains.
With that being said, this forum is my last hope - what are some known companies that allow this type of content? I am not talking about movies or torrents - just images, comics.
Any recommendations? I hope i posted this in the right forum, if not I apologise.

Maybe check some of the sites that interest you and ask the providers questions. You can always ask here to see what members think of any research you do, etc.

Also check the providers Acceptable Use Policy or (AUP), pretty much ever commercial provider of bandwidth is ruled by their AUP. This give them legal cover should problems arise. These AUP cover bandwidth abuse, SPAM, CP, DCMA etc... and are all driven by complaints. The Carrier doesn't care what kind of traffic you pass, as long as it's legal and doesn't cause complaint. That's why abuse@ xxx.com is sometime s the best email to use

I don′t think too many host will have a problem hosting anime images, perhaps the title of the post should be about "hosts that will ignore complaints about copyright".
Not being torrents it is probably even worse, with torrents you can say you are only hosting the link, but if you directly host the images you can′t claim it is only a link to another site.

There's a reason that providers don't ignore complaints and that boils down to liability. You won't find any competent providers that ignore copyright violations.
The problem is not with DMCA, most of the image boards take content down if they get DMCA fanmail. The problem is with Hentai and different sub-categories of Hentai that show rape, bestiality or can be considered to show underage girls. I mean, Hentai is a big rabbit hole.
I am still talking to several hosts that allow such content, once I make my decision ill let you guys know. Based on the views it seems like there is some interest in this topic.
