I'm with a start up company called Bitcoin Corporation (http://bitcoin-corporation.net)

I'm about to install your open source crypto-currency exchange.

I have a some questions:

1) Can you recommend a reasonably priced host (I understand if you can't)
2) Is there anything not included at github that would be of great help with installation and administration of the exchange?
3) Who exactly do I contact for support?
