Margacinta village located in the north has a history of fairly close proximity to village Margahayuland. Before 1980, the village was part of the village Margahayu Margacinta. The name 'Margahayu' itself deliberately chosen based on the ideals and expectations of people who inhabit it. 'Margahayu' comes from Sundanese language, namely 'Marga' which means 'grove', and 'Hayu' (Rahayu) which means 'good'. Thus, the name 'Margahayu' can mean "Inviting people to realize the ideals of success in the Development of the village, both in infrastructure and human resources, as well as survivors of tindasaan modernization and development of civilization which is now rampant". Social conditions Society
Social conditions of the people in the village Margahayu approximately equal to the social conditions of rural communities in general.
