This belt buckle is worn by Principal Brian Lewis and shown to Steve Smith @ the Pearl Bailey High School. He tries to sell it to him. Afterwards Principal Lewis further explains about the product which he made, quoth: "He's got red eyes from smoking weed.".
He told Steve he was only gonna tell about it to a few people, so Steve should feel lucky and definitely buy the blet buckle!
However, Steve's reply to the offer: "I really can't believe
you're an educator, Brian."
Principal Lewis is voiced by Kevin Michael Richardson (also black in rl).
Steven Anita Smith is voiced by Scott Grimes (also white in rl).
