we grew up we tried to fight but our fear and mental torture will not allow us because psychologically we were messed up. The African culture sees it as an abomination to raise your hands against a parent so we dare not. We had no friends, neighbours use to laugh at us when we walk pass because dad comes home drunk screaming and destroying the properties in the house.
