I use this method when I SE Earphones/Headphones to avoid sending them back. I have used for numerous companies and it has yet to fail.
When SE'ing a company for Earphones/Headphones, use the following excuse: Visible wire has appeared on the earphones/headphones. This caused you to throw away the product due to having a toddler running around the house. You don't want to risk your toddler getting ahold of the product and something happening.
I know this isn't much but I feel like I need to give back to the community somehow or another.
