  16. I received express shipping, I'm not one of the ones who bought express but received standard instead.

  18. I was promised refund between standard and express in early march, when I was talking to one of your support guys over the phone. I wanted to change it from express to standard, and he said he'd guide

  20. me through the process, so we did, but I couldn't do it because it was sold out at the time in denmark. Instead he talked to his manager and he told me I would get a refund for the difference.

  24. So that happened, and I confirmed it later with 2 support representatives. They told me I should write after I've received my vive.

  26. I talked over live chat to another support representative a while ago and explained the situation and he said he'd escalate, but I haven't seen anything new yet.
