After buying the domain, install the appropriate cms you want and install SEO plugins.
Buying/Writing Articles
Do you remember that, i have said to choose a niche which you have good knowledge in, so you can write articles for your own. Read books, write articles keep updating.
Now your site is ready, next steps is to build backlinks. You can create a Web 2.0 wheel, with images, contents and links pointing to your money site. Make use of all the available social networks. Drive as much traffic you can, and by this time you will be already earning from adsense.
