If you judge people, you'll have no time to love them

It is in every moments of our lives that we will encounter people. Those who we get along with. Those who may seem to us as difficult to understand. Ones who catches our attention. And people who are in our perspective, the ones we don't want to be around with. That's why we made impression important to us. We tend to judge people and decide wheter or not we want to be friends with them.
I, for one, can honestly say that I am one of those who weigh people's character. I thought that my journey and my mission would require me to be guided by people who could lead me to the right way. I wanted to be surrounded by happy and nice peole. I guess most of us does right? But I realized that it's not always going to happen. Life will always let us to experience to meet new people. It will lead us to see their good and bad side.
I remembered Jesus and how He surrounded Himself with 12 disciples. Not the perfect choice of pack it may seem. Some had their share of good character while other showed their unpleasant ones. Pictur this. The Messiah, who is good and holy let Himself be surrounded by 12 people wherein one will betray Him and the other will deny Him. But He let them surround Him anyway. He has taken His journey to be around these 12 men and the people He'd encounter.
Though we will always meet new people, it is up to us to let them be part of our journey. To take part on our mission of life. To make those people with loving and selfless act, be our INSPIRATION in guiding us to a better version of us. Give us the motivation to love more and proclaim it others. To let those people who have challenged us to understand and love them give us an opportunity to make them as our MISSION. And to be part of their journey that will guide them to what is just. That we, ourselves should be an inspiration and let other make us as their mission in times that we are difficult to love and understand. Our inspirations will live out our mission to give it back to others.
Our faith calls us to serve and love God. And to serve God means to love the people He created. WE ARE CREATED TO SERVE GOD BY LOVING HIS PEOPLE. A selfish person deserves to be loved equally like a generous person receives. And maybe even more. For the people who are difficult to love are the ones to needs it the most. Let not our judgement take away our capacity to love. But let our capacity to LOVE outdo our judgement.
