This is a method I found myself. I created this about six weeks ago. I tested it on the gamertag "Fusion" first. To my surprise IT WORKED! Then I thought "Maybe I just got lucky". So I tried again on the gamertag "Scar". It worked again! I continued to use it a couple more times. I know its hard to beleave I would just give a method out. Well I am! The reason is im not a greedy person. Many many many methods will come and go and many people have never jacked a gamertag before. Then I found a new method. Again I created it. So instead of being a douch i'm going to share this old one. Hope you ENJOY!
-Method-
1.) Call Xbox LIVE customer support (1-800-469-9269). Say "I can't sign into my account please help". They will say "Okay can i have your gamertag. Say "Yes it is (Gamertag you want to jack)". They will ask for some information. Just guess random stuff on that (Accept for the Alt Email). You will find out why the information doesn't matter later. Wait 2 - 6 days to get a email from Microsoft saying "We are sorry but we found no issues with your account". Bla bla bla but on one of the two emails it will have the LIVE email attached to the gamertag you want.
2.) Using the email you found do the following. Call Windows LIVE customer support (1-800-642-7676). Say "My email has not working since the updat". They will say "Okay let me get that email if you'res". Then say "Okay its (The Email you found)". They'll ask some questions just say you can't remember. Then wait 2 - 6 days for a reset link from Windows LIVE.
3.) After you reset your password to the windows live go on xbox and claim your prize. Add a Alt email remove the primary and right the following on your location "لا تقم بتغيير كلمة السر لهذا الحساب".
NOTE: I have only used this method four times. It should last awhile.
