In my almost-5-years in #Indonesia, I have often wondered, why are there only a handful of women creative directors in the country?
I'm truly grateful we now have one of the finest among them in our team, and glad that we're leading the way in #inclusionanddiversity, among many other things.
I'm also most proud we are grooming so many future women creative directors in our incubator. (A big shout out to our girls!)
