The Catedral Metropolitana de Quito or Metropolitan Cathedral of Quito is a Roman Catholic cathedral erected at Quito in Ecuador last 1545. Father Juan Rodriguez was the person who made all efforts just so to have a church in Quito back at that time. The building then wasn’t as grand as it is now. Today, this Gothic-style with some finishes of Baroque and Neo-Classical architectural structure is an all-white church. For the eyes, it really is a beautiful sight to see.
