So inspiring. I started doing internships with no pay at age 16. My dad was always quick to tell me I was moving faster than my shadow. I'm 21 and I know the experience I have gained from working in different organisations. I even applied to organisations that were not relating to my course of study. Where I am right now my boss keeps telling me you are unemployable cause at a young age you have work experience than people who are older than you. I have said it to myself daily that my children will start getting work experience at an early age not for the money but the exposure and experience. Youths of nowadays need to learn that it's not until they leave school that they should start looking for jobs but what do you use your little holidays to get. It's not about partying or going to the mall.
