A wordpress website of mine has been accepted in the other websites while doing offpage submission (dorectories, Social book marketing ect..) before getting SSL certification. Once after implemeting SSL certification to website my website is not accepted in those websites.

Forgetting about how web directory submission is at least a decade passé, at the very, very slightest, might (and that's a big "might") result in some minor traffic, and that most knowledgeable SEOs advise that Social bookmarking is pretty much a waste of time, the only solution to your issue is to read the squinty print of your submission site's guidelines.
Forget about launching a new website without SSL in 2019. SSL setup is a must for every website nowadays, lacking to do so will result in damaging your SEO (SSL is a ranking factor), security warnings by popular browsers and other credibility issues.
@Marcus, I don't think you are reading the OP. The opening poster in this case is discussing their issue trying to submit their site to directory and bookmarking sites.
And, just so you know, even Mueller describes SSL as only one of hundreds of ranking factors. He goes on to say something like, 'all things be equal with two identical sites, the SSL sight may have a slight advantage ranking over the same/similar site without SSL'. Don't take that as an exact quote, but very close in meaning, as I recall.
I don't think so, But If you have secure sites then getting backlinks is hard task nowadays, because every webmaster hass own rules. But Search engine rule is important things.
yes! a website without SSL certificate will affect not only rank but also reduce customer traffic and increase bounce rate. Let understand this when you see any link and this link will redirect you on the page which shows information like. not secured at the top. you definitely don't want to spend your single minute on that site. So, in this way, your Google rank may get affected. That's why it includes in google algorithm that every website must be with SSL certificate.
Most people don't even look at the address line when they visit a site unless they're going to buy something, or give sensitive information for whatever reason. And, to take that further, if I'm looking at a site page that is informational, I wouldn't give a rat's arm if it's SSL or not.
you definitely don't want to spend your single minute on that site.
Ah, that's just fear mongering based on so little, if any investigation.
So, in this way, your Google rank may get affected. That's why it includes in google algorithm that every website must be with SSL certificate.
Um, you should really start reading what Google actually says about SSL. If you did, you'd know that Mueller advises that 'all things being equal - two identical sites (one with and one without SSL), the site with SSL may have a slight advantage'
As far as the part you say about every website must be SSL, well, that's just false. And, this is the very issue I have with the Internet, when people peddle and spread false information. This is truly a classic case of "Fake News".
might result in some minor traffic
Who's interested in traffic from directory links? Surely the point is to get links from high DA directories to boost SERPS, of which there are still many
Firstly, DA is a Moz metric and is absolutely not part of any search engine algorithm.
Secondly, why would you hope to find a link somewhere so you might get some juice, so you might improve your link profile and just might listed on the first search page, so someone might click on the link?
Lastly, and most importantly, any sane person with any SEO knowledge would want to get qualified direct traffic to their site from any link they get out there, rather than hoping to get good SERPs. Now, I've never advocated for anyone to go out of their way to get some links from Directories, as I'd suggest looking elsewhere, however, any link that can get you some qualified leads/traffic, is a good link. Just don't spend all your time or effort (and hopefully not money) trying to get directory links.
As my opinion, SSL always affect for SEO eventhough on our website or other websites where we get recommendations.
Great to have an opinion. Even better to back it up with some data to support it. Why don't you supply some data/facts and share it with us.
Firstly, DA is a Moz metric and is absolutely not part of any search engine algorithm.
DA itself may not be part of a search engine algorithm but it is a widely accepted approximation of Google PR and that definetly affects SERPS
Widely accepted by who??
No one outside Google is privy to any PageRank data on any pages on the internet. Anyone who says they do know, or can approximate that metric, is lying.
