Thanks for your interest in my Spotify method.
You need: a PC, an existing Spotify account and Administrator access on your PC. (Works with Windows only)
Here's what you have to do:
1. Quit Spotify, if you're running it.
2. Locate to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\.
3. Find the file "hosts".
4. Edit the content and add these lines at the end of the file (create a backup, to be sure):

0.0.0.0 securepubads.g.doubleclick.net
0.0.0.0 www.googletagservices.com
0.0.0.0 gads.pubmatic.com
0.0.0.0 ads.pubmatic.com
0.0.0.0 spclient.wg.spotify.com
5. Save the file.
6. Run Spotify again & login with your account details.
7. You will now never see ads anymore, and you can skip songs as many times as you want!
