Baked goods have over the years been found to be really high in Trans fats and saturated fats which is totally unhealthy for the heart. This is because trans fats and saturated fats are dangerous for heart health.
4. Processed meats
Hot dogs, bacon, sausages and salami are the worst types of meat for the heart. This is because of the high level of saturated fats which could be found in them. Taking them in excess could also cause obesity or overweight which could negatively affect the heart health.
