Re-use PBN domains
I found some expired domains (good ones with DA30+ and TF15+ and RD70+). Backlinks profile looks very nice, natural links from sites like Wikipedia, CNN and other news sites. Anchors ratio also looks natural.

There are no chinese backlinks and anchors but after checking in archive.org some of them the domains has already been used as a PBN + some used as a Chinese site. These domains are worth registering?
Definitely, not. If they've already been used as PBNs, they've most likely been penalised.

It's a waste of money, plus potentially problematic. In times when shit PBNs get hit left and right, it's not exactly something you want to do. Also, forget to find any clean RD25+ domain manually by yourself, especially not with any authority links. I can assure you, that it won't happen. From a batch of 1.5 million domains I am happy if I get 100 domains with TF9+ RD20+ and I know what I am doing. Doing it yourself and manually... it won't happen. It's not 2012 anymore.
It's not a big deal to get link from CNN

0 value. Don't waste your time. Plus you don't know if these may cause a red flag down the line. There's a reason no one else is registering these.

Question is - Is it worth the risk and money, when you can get a clean domain instead? This is more of a personal question, I of course do not recommend anyone using former PBN domains. Most people will only waste money.

have you atleast checked with some unknown backlink checker?
and else, if you get it registred, atleast check if the post gets indexed.

Your domains suck if you don't see anything within a week of your test. If you're testing in a similar fashion to how Leith does it, you should get fast results
90% of my domains ( including all of the domains I got from @Nargil ) give results within a week, the rest within 14 days, some of them much sooner like the one attached
What's the point of building a PBN if you don't test them? It's good to know what works and what doesn't. Especially if you're getting dirty domains.

it actually depends on the money you are going to spend and the purpose you are registering the domain for. I personally won't register these domains as its archive was a PBN site so most probably it must be penalized. But considering the lower price, the metrics, backlink profiles and if you are going to use it again PBN purpose, we can go for it.

Not necessarily. Especially those Chinese spam pbns are registered with some abuse of trial offers for 99cents. So they are often dropped after 1 year.

I wouldn't touch those that has been used as PBN before. You will be starting with a footprint already.
If you only use those domains, sure.
But there are way more obvious footprints ppl. leave so that's not really a problem here.
Don't get why ppl. avoid these domains at all cost.
Are these domains indexed? Do they have traffic? If yes, you could link to your money site.
But the best way is to build Tier 2 links from these sites, let's say to guest posts on authority domains...
