This is my second steam cleaner and what cordless steam cleaner treat to use compared to my first. I can get into more awkward angles with the swivel head cordless steam cleaner its so easy to use as a hand held steamer. My only complaint would be that the cable could be longer as I keep having to change plugs whereas my other one reached a lot further. It's a lovely and easy to use cleaner. I like the way the hand-held part is set into the main unit, so it makes storing the whole thing easier. When the cordless steam cleaner gets going properly in about a minute is very good, and even though the water tank is small, it lasts quite a long time really. The attachments etc are easy to fit. All in all, this is quite a nice cleaner. So far I have cleaned the shower unit tray, doors and shower head and the lino floors. I do like this product. Product is fairly light and easy to use. It can be difficult to tell how much water has been put into the product. The lid is of the push down and turn variety. I used this product to help clean my washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and sink. It did a good job on the white goods, but found the Belfast sink to be a bit of a challenge. Given the adverts on television you can probably steam anything now, and this will help you. On opening the box, I admit I was a bit confused; but a quick look at the image and I grasped instantly what it does. The water never leaves the heating tray — the cleaning head itself simply sits above, steams the microfibre cloth, and then you swoosh away. Which means a number of things. Thirdly, thanks to that lack of water, it works any way up you want it to. This is a little heavier than I expected but I think it's a great product. Easy to use with plenty of attachments, the drawstring bag keeps everything handy. So far used to clean patio doors and windows, shower cubicle, grout and hard to reach corners. Doesn't clean carpets it's not meant to but it does freshen them up well. It heats up much faster than our old one that had no attachments or the option to convert to hand-held and has more power. The only thing that would make it better is if cordless steam cleaner hand-held was attached to the handle rather than having to take the cleaner apart to use it. Arrived before due date so was happy, well packaged too. On the first use the bottle leaked a little on taking the cap off for the third time I noticed the rubber seal was not sitting in the correct position, now no leaks. Would recommend as it makes life so much easier.
