Appeal to lagos state internal revenue service , treat your staff well, staff put in all, the effort to support ur dream, but staff welfare is zero, some pple are on d same level for close to 8yrs, no promotion, were is d moral boost in dat, promotional salary this year was reduced, as against the normal, pls if you can't increase salary, leave it as it is, why reduce it?why should we have a mere increment of less than 3k as basic salary, that's not fair, all staff write the same exams, both senior n junior staff, when when it's time for promotional cut off mark, you maintain statosco for junior staff, n reduce cut off mark of senior staff, were is the justice in that, we r not asking for too much, pls give us a good working condition, so we can serve the general populace better, we love lagos state n will serve lagos state with all our strength, we just need better working condition. Lirs union, do something about it, dats why u were elected there, don't not compromise, cos ur fellow staff are not happy.
