I have opened 2 support tickets + written to their contact address, 0 response.
I start to think that this whole service is a complete conartist game, you pay for a service and you get nothing in return. Too bad that I paid with BTC otherwise by now I would've file paypal restitution.
Does anybody else have a server with these?

Why? If they need so much time for simple VPS provisioning and didnt sent a email with an explanation why, what you think will happen when some problem arise? OP just cancel the order and request for your money. If they dont answer in 2 days start a charge-back, at that point you have all the right to get your money back. One thing is temporary problem in delivering the service and its a whole different thing to not inform your client for such situation.

Agreed, no explanation and no response means they will have issues later on most likely. However, seeing how OP paid with BTC/bitcoin, no charge backs. I think the the "don't pay extended billing until comfortable" "rule" should be expanded to include, "don't pay with methods that can't be charged back."

Angry scam
Ok folks Today I have opened another ticket with them to refund me asap, there isn't even cancel order button or anything like that on their page.
I expect no response again. On the invoice it shows:

That the money was sent to some company in Brazil, this can be completely fake as well. I recommend this site to be added to the VPS Scammer list. I don't expect to see my money back or any response from them. Stay away from this site!
@xDanielx: Still you should really listen the advice from @steven99 "don't pay with methods that can't be charged back", at least not until you tested the company and their service. Oh and never pay for more than one month (monthly payment) just in case something bad happens you will not end losing tons of money. Once you are sure the company fits your requirements then you can pay 6 months or a year in advance.

They aren't really scam, just that they are incompetent to handle so many locations, they refuse to admit it, and refuse to take responsible.
Problem 1: Selling VPSs that are not available.
They like to VPS of various locations, looks great. But when you ordered something they don have or out of stock, they won't let you know and you'll gonna wait forever.
Problem 2: Long Downtime.
I ran around 10 VPSs with them.
Sometimes down a few days for ALL VPS of specific location. They fixed them, but takes a long long time.
This does not happen once, but a multiple times.
Problem 3: Refuse to take responsibility
In my latest incident, 2 of my VPS down for 2 weeks. I requested for refund, they said "pending management review". After a week of no reply, I file dispute with PayPal and they replied my ticket that filing dispute will cause account suspension.
Today, PayPal decided the case in my favor and refunded me the amount. Guess what they did, they suspended all my account and all my VPSs.

That's shocking service. It's ok to sometimes have delay in provisioning if stock problems, but important to keep customer on the loop, so they have the option of waiting or refunding and leaving.
I'll echo Stevens suggestion of ensuring you use a payment method that gives you a level of security as the customer. Once you have trust you can then change payment method if you so wish.

I would use paypal to be honest when dealing with new provider. BTC is good as gone once you send it :-)
