Founder of revenge porn site IsAnyoneUp.com, where sexually explicit pictures were published without the subjects’ consent, usually by former partners, has been sentenced to 25 months in prison. The posted photos were often accompanies by the public discloser of such personal information as name, contact data, and links to profiles on social networks. The photos were also obtained by Charles Evens, who the site operator paid to hack into Google e-mail accounts. The former was also sentenced to 25 months in prison and a $2,000 fine back in November. IsAnyoneUp.com itself was shut down more than 3 years ago.
