I think that you can do both: blog & putting banners for clickbank products..
also use your blog to make a mailing list... & distribute your book for free or for money...

however it contains a keyword: health
so that should be good because it is said that your domain name should contain a keyword of your niche
all people don't agree that this is necessary & that it will help you with seo...
in doubt I would use a keyword in my domain... I think it cant hurt... unless you are building some brand..

Just take the first step, selling ebooks or blogging both are good ideas. For domains, for most times, they are not that important.
Well, my biggest problem and all the beginners, is traffic :(
