  4. This game is played using Press Your Luck: Expert Edition. You can download the game for yourself and see the boards that I use for this game at http://www.2shared.com/file/WUGuPLGz/PYL_Expert_Edition.html (don't worry, the link is completely safe to use).
  5. RULES:
  6. The game is played in two rounds, and each round is played in two halves.
  7. The first half of each round is the question round. A question is posted in the chat. The players then have ten seconds in which to buzz in with !buzz (This game does not involve a bot, the !buzz is for the sake of simplicity). If a player buzzes in, they give their answer to the question. After this, three potential answers are revealed. If a contestant buzzed in, regardless of whether or not their answer is correct, their answer WILL be among the three choices.
  8. The other two players (or all three players, if nobody buzzed in) give their answer from the choices. The correct answer is revealed. If a player buzzes in with a right answer, they will earn three spins for a correct answer. If a player gives a correct answer from the potential answers, they will earn one spin.
  9. This goes on for four questions in round 1 and five questions in round 2.
  10. THE BIG BOARD:
  11. This is where the game earnings come from. In Round 1, the round begins with the player who earned the least number of spins, with ties being broken with a coin flip, or through a randomizer if all three players are tied. In Round 2, the round begins with the player with the lowest total, ties being broken as described for Round 1.
  12. Before any spin, the player is given the option to take one of the spins in their total from the question round or pass their (remaining) spins to one of their opponents. This opponent will always be the player with the most amount of money, unless the player passing is in first place, in which case the player with the next highest amount of money will get the spins. If there is a tie for highest or second highest amount, the player passing gets to decide who to pass to. Contestants who are passed spins MUST take all of those spins, unless they hit a Whammy, in which case the passed spins become earned spins that can be passed back if the player wishes.
  13. If a player decides to spin, the Big Board is put into motion. The player must stop the big board to determine their earnings with some variation of "STOP!".
  14. If the space landed upon contains a cash amount or prize, that value was added to their score. If it contains a Whammy, the player spinning loses any cash or prizes accumulated up to that point. Some squares offer the spinner a choice of two or three different squares, move the selector light on the board forward or backward, or award a cash value plus an additional spin. Other spaces will be explained as they are hit.
  15. In the first Big Board round, cash amounts range from $100–$1,500 and prizes typically are worth no more than $2,000. The second round features cash amounts from $500–$5,000, and prizes potentially worth $6,000 or more.
  16. Be careful of the Whammy! If you hit his space four times during the game, you will be eliminated from further play.
  17. Once a player takes all of their spins, play passes to the next player (whoever has the next highest amount of spins, or whoever has the next highest total).
  18. Eventually, by the time the player who is designated to go last is allowed to spin, they will be the only one with spins left. If their spins pass, control of the board will pass with them.
  19. Once all spins have been used, the round ends.
  20. The player with the highest amount in cash and prizes at the end of Round 2 will WIN the game, and receive .01 mBTC for every $1,000 in their score, with a guaranteed minimum of .05 mBTC. If two or more players finish the game tied, they each win the game and the mBTC.
