Exhale, strain your stomach and lean forward as slowly as possible. Now try to touch the floor. Inhale, exhale. Go back to the starting position and repeat this simple exercise at least three times. Everyday try to increase the number of repetitions by one. It would be superfluous to twist the hoop.
