This has happened 4 times! Now I'm a bit scared

My boyfriend and i have been living in our appartment for 7 months now and some... weird things have been happening to ME. Not him, ME!
Heres what happened just hours ago and i cant get it off my mind.
While making coffee, all of a sudden, it just felt like someone blew hot air on my neck. It has happened 3 other times on separate occasions. like, you know when you breathe air outside to see if you can see your own breath? like that. and its always moves my hair. it scares me to think my place is haunted.
on a few other occasions, we were growing lemon basil and we kept a light on during the night. when i woke up to go to the bathroom, i would get up to go and i would see what looked like someone running passed our bedroom door a few times. thats when i thought fuck that ill just go back to bed. but seeing the running shadow feet makes me think we have either a child spirit or a playful spirit.
I cant talk to my boyfriend about my fears because he is skeptical of the spirit world. What can i do to find out whats going on in my house?
*NOTE* I will not in any circumstance use an Ouija board. they are dangerous and can cause spirits of unknown origin to enter our house and im scared enough.
