black widow admitting she's infertile right after she calls herself a monster is in poor taste at best, sexist writing at worst. scarlet witch's powers are never explained. THAT FUCKING THOR SIDE STORYLINE. why is jeremy renner the moral compass of the avengers when youve got the golden boy in captain america. why did the entirety of the avengers assemble for that opening scene i mean shit they had no real intelligence on the situation. the romance between bruce banner and black widow is forced and black widow's initial flirting is wildly out of character. quicksilver's death scene is dumb. how the fuck did scarlet witch know he was dead in the first place what the fuck her powers arent james spader is fucking wasted as a villain, proving that marvel cant have an interesting villain that isnt loki. the fact that every character felt the need to start and end a scene with a quip was really annoying. the language joke got old quickly. the end credits scene revealed nothing new and instead just showed us Thanos's face, ooh scary! cap's shield being suddenly magnetized without any real demonstration beforehand is kind of dumb i mean youre just sort of forced to accept it. don cheadle being used as nothing other than comic relief is starting to get really old, i mean shit hes got an iron man suit too why isnt he helping the entire fucking time. WHY IS ULTRONS PLAN THE MOST UNNECESARILY CONVOLUTED SHIT EVER. hawkeye being able to avoid being mind controlled because he's been mind controlled before doesnt make any fucking sense. i mean shit you could just have say its because hes got the really good hearing hinted at in the first movie. why is captain america's scarlet witch dream so radically different for others. i mean is her plan to fuck him up mentally by giving him a boner over peggy or what. i mean the other two for tony and thor made sense because they showed their friends dying. the 'everyone tries to lift thors hammer scene' is a thinly veiled dick measuring contest. bruce banner decides to leave for no reason, or at least a reason thats so fuckin petty it doesnt make sense with his character. also what the fuck? since when is he able to be that delicate with a screen in hulk form. nick fury just happening to be on hawkeyes farm is awful fucking convenient and is never explained. the police not reacting when quicksilver running at super speeds warns them of danger the first time doesnt make any sense either. i understand that whedon had to write the script with a bunch of guidelines and restrictions in place for the upcoming movies, but there are so many times that the characters act out of character for no fucking reason and its never addressed.
