Preparation

Mix the chopped strawberries with sugar and add 1/3 cup water. Cook until it boils, then reduce the heat.

Mix the cornstarch with two tablespoons of water and vanilla. Pour the berries. Stir for about 4 minutes until the mixture
thickens.

Mixer create cheese, ricotta, sugar, egg yolks and lemon juice.

Slices of toast cut diagonally to form a triangle.

Whisk the eggs with the milk and vanilla.

Slices of toast smear the filling of cheese and it put the topping of strawberries. Switch to another slice each sandwich.

Heat the oil. Dip the triangles on both sides and briefly fry the fat on each side. Remove to paper towel.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with strawberry sauce.
