  1. Previous UFC lightweight champion Anthony Pettis is peering toward his next battle, and he needs a confrontation with individual WEC graduated class Dustin Poirier.

Pettis (20-6 MMA, 7-5 UFC), who was in Mexico City to corner his sibling, Sergio Pettis (21-5 MMA, 13-4 UFC), for Saturday's UFC Fight Night 114 main event, was met on the FS1 communicated about his more youthful kin's battle with Brandon Moreno. At the finish of the meeting he was asked what could be next in his own profession, and he gave a limit and brief answer.
  3. "We're seeking after Dustin Poirier," Pettis said. "Either in New York or Vegas."
  4. Pettis is falling off a consistent choice prevail upon Jim Miller at UFC 213 in May. The battle denoted his arrival to the lightweight division after a fizzled stretch at featherweight.
